Engaging for Impact
Engagement plans matter. Conversations determine the outcome.
Engaging for Impact is designed to build practical capability in stakeholder and community engagement — because no matter how strong the plan is, engagement ultimately happens in real conversations, with real people.
Frameworks do not walk into the room. People do.

Four weeks online, live facilitated learning with ongoing social learning platform support and a nationally recognised accredited pathway (BSBPMG429 Apply project stakeholder engagement*).

Why Engaging for Impact?
We believe the best way to build confidence in engagement is through practice — not just theory.
No matter how strong the engagement plan is, its success will ultimately be shaped by the conversations people have.
Engaging for Impact has been designed around practical application. It helps participants build the confidence, judgement and interpersonal skills needed to engage effectively, particularly when the conversation does not go according to plan.
This nationally recognised accredited program is grounded in real projects, realistic scenarios and the realities of working with people.
Most engagement training focuses on frameworks.
We teach what happens when those frameworks walk into the room.
When conversations shift
How to respond constructively when the discussion moves in an unexpected direction.
When priorities compete
How to navigate different interests without losing sight of the engagement purpose.
When emotions rise
How to remain calm, curious and effective when people feel strongly about the outcome.
When trust is tested
How to communicate with transparency and rebuild confidence when relationships become strained.
Our facilitators bring decades of practical experience working alongside councils, government agencies, not-for-profits and organisations delivering complex projects.
Participants do not simply learn the principles of engagement. They develop the confidence to apply them.
